Our Current Range 'Wild Brumby Waratahs' range of 5 Waratah colours released in 2007. Include 'Georgie Girl', 'Digger', 'Mallee Boy', 'Snow Maiden' and 'Sugar Plum'.
The red is our most popular breed, in particular the 'Sugar Plum' variety. The Sugar Plum variety produces abundant deep red flowers which grow on a robust bush. This variety is perfect as a feature plant and will also work well as a hedge.
Our 'Snow Maiden' variety produces a brilliant white bud on a slender upright bush which will fully develop after 2 years into a dense and prolific shrub.
The beautiful 'Mallee Boy' is our pink variety. It will grow to a robust bush and is ideal for screening or as a stunning feature plant.
A compact and moderately vigourous variety, with showy spring blossom, attractive in bud and beautiful when open.
A new brilliant salmon-pink Waratah which is a vigourous, low maintenance variety which is tall and slender in habit.
These recently introduced hybrids have greater cold tolerance than most NSW Waratahs species, and have been grown successfully in the Higher Blue Mountains, Armidale in The New England Area and in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. Flower Farms have also been established in the more warmer regions north west of Sydney in the Hawkesbury area.
